Here I go...

Sun May 1, 2011, 9:26 AM

It's the 1st of May, which means I'm about to enter in a very tough period with lots of testes and semester papers...*sigh*

47 days of torture until school's over. Can you believe I've been counting the days until then since there were 110 days left? God...

As school isn't on the 1st place on my list of priorities, I doubt it'll get me too busy for other activities, such as checking my dA inbox or doing commissions (so I won't close them).

Wish me luck in these days of torture, cuz I'll be needing it!

First stop: Trigonometry! TT___TT *cries in despair*

Nooo!!! Not trigonometry come on... This really IS torturing!!! My first subject is Ancient Greek... Well, at least it's not something like maths or physics... :phew:

Since the 5th grade I wished to get read of my classmates. Not all of them...minor exceptions. I'm happy I did. Most of my classmates from highschool proved to have a brain after all. :) You'll see you'll be having a lot of fun.

Gosh, I so understand you...my finals are in less than two months and I feel so bad! Today I should have studied some maths but I somehow refused to do it...damn it, I can't wait until everything is finally over!

Well I did good on trigonometry, all I'm concerned about atm is the maths and physics semester paper. :( I've given a semester paper so far on informatics. Did good there, too, but meh...it's such a pain in the ass to study when you can draw...:(
What about you? How did you deal with the papers given so far?

Good to know you did good on that at least ;_;
As for me, I'm in pain :XD: I'm doing good at many subjects in general, like literature and especially history, they are interesting to study so at least I feel a bit motivated!
But maths is like a dark hole...tomorrows there's a written test AGAIN, and it's about complete study of functions (I don't know if you had to deal with something like that...and I don't even know if you would call that like this in english! :XD: ) plus drawing them on cartesian plan. Exercises like that take usually an hour for each one if you're very fast, and everything is "connected", so if you get something wrong everything will turn out wrong...and that's not it, even if you manage to reach the end, you still have to draw the function and then you could get to know that you did something wrong...and in the same test there are also exercises about integrals!! Which I didn't really study and I guess it's what I need to do now...but I feel so unmotivated...:( oh and we only have something like 80-90 minutes to do the whole test...but I guess it's better this way, at least the pain will not last too long!
So what are you doing in your maths class? Is it difficult? :noes:

Yes. Functions. We just learned the second grade functions with those curving lines. They're scaring me so much. I know about integrals as well and I heard they're even harder.
I don't give in to panucking because on maths papers I'm writing as much as I can. We get points for methods too so it's not like we'd get 0 pts for not doing right a whole exercise.
Also I never exercise. I just read carefully the exercises we did in class room. That takes hours and hours as well because for test there always about 40-50 pages to review and for a semester paper 130 pages. :S Tomorrow I have semester paper on literature. Hope I'll do good. I haven't read any of the books she told us too,but she discussed bout them in the classroom, and I grew to know what they are about. Plus we had to do some reviews of them and so I got to know even more. Hmmm I'm so lazy. I don't want to study unless I play a bit on xbox. :XD:

Yep, I remember them .__.
And yeah, it goes the same here; so I always try to get down everything I can, everything I remember! It just pisses me off that I often can't do a whole exercise and get it right! >_<
Haha, I do that as well!! I think it's useful because you get to understand and "memorize" the process. When I try to do exercises, I always mess up something...I tried to exercise a bit this morning but it didn't go very well, gonna do something more this afternoon just to try, but this evening I'll review the already-done exercises again.
But again, what really pisses me off, it's that if I read the rules and exercises I do understand them, but a lot of times -not always luckily!- when I have to start a new exercise, I don't even know what to do, even if I know the rules and everything. .___.
And I feel you!! XD I'm so damn lazy as well!
